I really hate pills.
They never seem to have positive effects for me. I must've eaten 7 of them last round, health down, tears down, speed down.... and a bunch of useless ones like puberty and telepills that just teleport me to a room that I've already been to, but in the complete opposite direction in which I wanted to go.
the only good effect I got was friends till the end, and even then, all that does is spawn 3 flies that are temporary. Sigh.

I normally would be Cain as he is the best, but you have to beat the Sheol/Cathedral/Chest with other characters to unlock new stuff.
Just defeated Mum's Heart for the first time. Managed to get the explosive tears and just stood to the side blasting it.

I get this too frequently. The game runs on flash, and of course it bugs out and lags sometimes. Give it a minute or two, it'll reload.

Cain is awesome but once Isaac has the D6 I think he's the best character

Telepilled to Error Room as Cain, nothing but like 8 pills. Pick up pills and activate rapid-fire. 4th pill in with like 4 to go, pick up telepill and activate it. Teleport out of error room.

If you beat Mom in the Depths without getting hit (and generally don't get hit while playing), the chance to drop the Polaroid is raised significantly. It's not a 100% thing.
Aaand I'm done. Almost killed Mom's Heart. It had like 20% hp left :/
Finally 100%'ed the game, achievements and all.

Oh yeah, i'm hoping he does truly make that updated Binding of Isaac. Hell, i'd be interested in seeing what he'd do with it in regards to using a better engine. Personally, if and when I become a developer, i'd probably approach him with my Isaac & Meat Boy Go To Hell idea, just to see what happens. At worst he'd probably not be interested in a crossover like that, but if he actually liked the idea and wanted to make it, that'd be kinda great; sure I can't really code or that kinda stuff, but i'd probably work well as a writer, since the game would involve Isaac coming to terms with his grief and sins as he descends through Hell, which you'd know if you saw what I wrote concerning potential "Chapter Bosses" and how they relate to Isaac.
Is chocolate milk still broken? Quatra shot + chocolate milk is a good idea?

Fucking caves fucking boy fucking lost to a fucking shopper decapi-fucking-tated fuckhead. :(
So I entered the arcade with around 60 coins after getting a dollar bill from a slot machine.
Used most of it up on the shell game and got some goodies. Then used the rest on a Fortune Telling Machine. After I had 0 coins, I got ANOTHER dollar bill that I left in a different room for later use.
Then, this happened:
