Slowly the poison killed the bastard while I ran around and shat myself.

Even then it was a pain because it would frequently dodge my shots.

I'm confused about something here... Er, minor spoilers I guess? To advance to a new ending, you need the polaroid. To unlock the polaroid, you need to go through the cathedral with 6 characters. But how do you access the Cathedral? The wiki just says it appears as a shining light after you defeat Mom, but it's never appeared for me.

I joined the platinum god club today, woo. Took me 125 hours Now I can stop playing forever. Or until another major update happens.

Plus Maggy, stemcells and cancer.

Brimstone is great against Isaac as it deals spike damage which means he won't counter as often. (Super Meat Boy on the other hand is bad as it makes him constantly spew tears making dodging harder)

So just play the slots for some pretty flies or get the Grauniad Angel.

book of revelation + the relic + nun's habit is the most amazing combo. health stays off the screen the entire game. done the chest with samson, cain, and isaac. 4 more to go.

I beat the Cathedral as Maggie, finally. Oh yeah, and I beat [sp]the Chest[/sp] for the first time too. Unlocked 3 new items overall.

Problem with Eve is that she has 1 damage and because Whore of Babylon is a damage multiplier, she has 2 damage when she's a demon. That's Isaac's base damage...

I would have reached [sp]the Chest[/sp] as Cain. Unfortunately, I got an I am Error room on Depths 2, and that means no Mom fight, ergo, no Polaroid.

[editline]31st July 2012[/editline] It didn't say I unlocked the polaroid but it shows the complete picture on the start screen, I have it unlocked, right?

The wiki says that I unlock the cathedral after beating Mom's Heart, but I've finished the game at least 5 times since my first heart kill. Does the beam of light appear randomly or am I missing something?
