I don't get why people hate in Ipecac. It's not that bad. I beat Isaac with it no sweat.

The only downside I can see is that you can't really use it next to rocks without hurting yourself. otherwise, it's basically a spectral Dr fetus

Ever picked up Ipecac when you'd previously picked up faster projectile speed and range up items?
It makes you shoot a green ball 50% farther than usual, meaning you can basically only hit things on the opposite side of the room.
If you pick it up with my reflection, you might as well give up. If you're unlucky enough to pick up my reflection AND spoon bender, it will make it so that the bombs hover in the air for like 15 seconds until they actually fall down. Someone posted a video of it happening in this thread, dig around if you want to see it in action.
So basically, bad item synergy. Otherwise, it's pretty good, especially if you nab spoon bender.

I never understood why he does that.
I always thought War sat down every time he took a certain amount of damage. Sort of like flinching but sitting down.
In other news, I finally found Dr fetus for the first time and now I understand why everyone likes it so much. However, I still managed to die to my own bomb. Such is life in the binding of Isaac.
