She's really... Hit or miss in my opinion. I've had some GREAT runs with her because I picked up perfect items. Got the Relic early on, etc. I'd like to say that she's kind of item reliant. Unless you can keep her pumped up full of soul hearts and keep Whore of Babylon up, you can't really do shit with her.
If she had a passive like Red Patch by default, where her damage increased when she got hit, that'd probably make her better. Hell, she definitely needs a buff in the new game; something to relay to Ed McMillen.

How does that work exactly? If you were on your last legs as Blue Baby, I assume Cursed Skull plus Scapular would act as a sort of infinite lives glass cannon kind of thing, wherein you have unlimited continues but only one hit point, kind of like Meat Boy.

YEAH bet the chest as samson. Shit speed, damage, tears, everything, but had 9 volt, the battery + the nun hat and book of revelations. Almost anytime I got hit I could get the shield back. It was awesome.

Flying, speed, a way to inflict shittons of damage very quickly, pattern memorization, and luck.
The ridiculously cheap way is using a for the emperor card + the shovel.
You only need to kill the second level boss without getting hit to get the achievement, so dig the first floor, then teleport to the boss.

How far did you get anyways? Also yes Greed is a cunt, possibly even bipolar; he sells you stuff in his shop, but if you have a lot of money he attacks you. Lot of mixed signals here Greed; are you just mad that Isaac didn't cut you down in the shop? I mean come on; he's a lost 6 year old(?) whose barely surviving by using his tears to keep enemies away, does he really look like he has an axe handy?
