Correction, I just picked up ANOTHER FOLLOWER and i didn't lose one, so i guess brother bobby is just glitched.

I really got 13 but it only shows as 12. 14 if you count the temporary guppy. Missed distant admiration, sister maggie, demon baby, little steve, and the 1 up shroom.
I fucking hate Number One. I picked it up in the item room on basement 1 and, over the course of the next few floors, I got pegged with enough range downs that I was essentially a melee fighter. Thankfully I had a ton of damage upgrades by then, so I was destroying anything that got too close. Unfortunately, I got stuck in a room with one of those guys in the center surrounded by holes. I didn't have enough range to reach him and I had no way to progress to the boss room since bombs can't blow that door open.
I had to suicide into the flies he shot at me.

I think Little Gish overwrites Brother Bobby or something, because I had the same thing happen to me.

Why are there so many problems with brother bobby, honestly he should just delete it entirely and replace it with something new. It's a shit power-up anyways.

Sheol eyes are worst eyes.
There's no 'complete Shoel without being damaged' achievement, though.
IMO the worst enemies are the ones that can shoot either diagonally and/or as a cross such as clots, eyes etc.
Christ almighty I got mom's knife for the first time, with Mag, in fucking basement 1 aww yeah! Satan never stood a chance.
