I didn't do anything. I got a few easy rooms and was never far from the boss room. I just went straight for it every time.
It's probably glitched then and will pop up sometime in the future. Achievements in this game are kinda wonky
First time I've teleported to the error room in a long time.
Inside it were a bunch of pills. Bad Trip, Tears Down, Health Down, Explosive Diarrhea, and two Telepills. Since I didn't have the PhD, I got to find out what they all did the hard way.
The Telepills both sent me to the error room that I was already in. I didn't know that it was possible to teleport to the room that's active, or maybe that's just because it was the error room. I had to abandon that floor's boss and his item because I teleported a room before I went to fight whoever it was.

Use it on the slot machine/beggars and you may get hearts to use on the blood bank, use that enough times and you'll get a blood bag.
What about Money = Power? Apparently that gives you more attack power the more money you have.

You get one damage up every ten coins, So it isn't that useful imo.
