Really? I had the most trouble with Maggy and Cain, but Judas was rather easy for me, and I've still done it several times. Can't ever do Eve though, I only get things I don't need.

Pretty sure that the next patch will fix that exploit anyway. Just like the old exploit with Lemon Mishap.
Hopefully Guppy gets a buff when that happens, Lemon Mishap has been pretty damn useless since the exploit was fixed.

It's easiest to pull off if you have Kamikaze or the Razor as your spacebar item since those deal self-damage and have infinite uses with no recharge.
Better than wasting all of your bombs on that. Speaking of which, Fetus in a Jar works well with it too in case you have a Book of Revelations or something that you can use immediately after you're done exploiting so you can have a bonus spirit heart in tow once you pick up all the goodies (and if you get really unlucky and get no HP ups, you'll have a little more durability for the next floor).
The guppy exploit won't get fixed.

Also, I noticed i have been getting much better items after i beat mom. Is it just a coincidence or do the items change?
My worst enemy is the chain link guys. Because when you're trying to do a no-damage run and you walk into one of their rooms that's really hard to move around in, not getting hit becomes an absolute BITCH.
