Is it me or are vanilla items really fucking rare now? Out of all the items I just got in a run (died to mom's first form though) only two were vanilla. Also why has the sound quality suddenly become really shitty? Some of the new items are really cool though, if a bit over powered. Plus the new enemy variants are pretty neat.

does the DLC just activate by itself? on my collectibles screen there aren't any more spots for stuff unless they just didn't add that
