It's a skeleton key that lasts for the current floor. Open everything, because it won't burn into your key supply.

So, how does WoL work? Is it an all new levels and stuff? Or is it new content thrown into the game?
The glitch where Little Gish turns into Brother Bobby seems to not only have gone unfixed, but made worse. It used to be that he'd just transform in like one room, usually like a treasure room where you pick up another follower, I think. I picked up a Little Gish, and he turned into Brother Bobby as soon as I left the room, and he has yet to turn back. But he still shows up as Little Gish in my inventory screen.
The crap is going on. I deleted the game and go to reinstall it but it's not downloading everything.
It downloads the 5mb exe but not the main exe.
I think I fixed it. Yay.

Well fuck, apparently you cannot pick up trinkets if you have flight. Or the Holy Grail did something because I've had to pass up on 5 trinkets now in a single run.
Also, from what I've seen, Famine and Larry Jr. got buffs, I'm pretty sure that some other bosses got buffed as well.
