So, how am I doing for a second playthrough?
Cancer combined with technology 2.0 is one of the most OP items ever.
I beaten Isaac, and I didn't got anything. Also I found out what Is flat penny trinket. Whenever you pick a coin(penny and dime) you get the gold key.
Don't ever pick a guppys paw. It turns you'r real hearths into grey ones. Soo fucking useless.
What do most of these trinkets even do? They don't get an in-game description that hints at what they are capable of like spacebar items do. And a majority of the effects aren't blatantly evident in my runs for some reason, I'm guessing that I have effects that conflict or override the others.
All I know is that Pinkie Eye gives you a chance of shooting poison tears and A Missing Page has a slight chance of activating a Necronomicon/Death tarot card when you take damage.
Funny thing, Speed Ball's description is "Range + tear speed +" I will never know what that last thing was. Although my tears started to home, so I'm guessing that's what it was.
Seems like 50% of the items are DMG ups, and also man I'm dying a lot more then I used to. That fucking Widow is retardedly brutal
What do the white hearts (from the Fate item) do?
chocolate milk+technology 2 run.
Most OP shit ever, makes you fire constantly by pressing the button once AND does more damage. The chocolate milk never puffs down either.
I killed the final boss before he did damage to me, holy shit that was a creepy battle.

If you don't lose it, it'll become a regular heart.

If you use it when you already have an eternal heart, it will turn into a full red heart container.
Optimally, you'll want to use it an odd number of times on a floor so that you can get a free upgrade when you move down to the next floor. 3 is most realistic but challenging, 5 or 7 becomes more possible with Battery.
Disappointed with the new last boss and ending.

I think you have to use 2 of diamonds in the same room as a fortune teller or some other "lottery item".

What if widow could have a champion version like monstro where there are TWO widows.
I don't find Widow to be hard at all.
By the way the ending is bugged. In order to view the real ending you need to look at it at the ending selection.
