Just beat the DLC, at the end I was unstoppable with maximum HP, but i kept picking up Soul Hearts. Final boss didn't even damage me I think.

I just had a run with the mega fetus. it is AMAZING. The game refuses to unlock the D20 though. It's annoying how many bugs there are. I had good fun today! also none of the in game "secrets" are showing in my game. the pieces of paper that tell you something unlocked in the basement

Anyone know what the d20 does? I've unlocked it but I havent seen it around yet.

Anyone getting issues with pressing 3 keys simultaneously? For example, if I'm moving right and shooting right, and attempt to press down as well, it doesn't do anything.

Its just certain movement angles combined with different aiming directions that fucks it up. I'd be surprised if this was somehow a keyboard problem, but maybe.

Plus, being a christian I thought the game heavily implied Satanism (I guess you could say it does, idunno.) but then I remembered it was just a game with good gameplay, and a kickass soundtrack. And I got over it. I doubt I'm going to go to hell for playing a game in which you kill satan.

Guys, if I were to get Binding of Isaac should I play the original with no DLC or play the DLC? Does the DLC affect the original gameplay?
