If it was an XL (Curse of the Labrynth) floor, then that happens. See, normally in XL Rooms after you defeat a boss, a Boss door opens up right ahead of it to fight to continue. However, Mom locks you in her room by default, forcing you to go down. Therefor, the room to the next boss doesn't appear. [I]However,[/I] if you have any teleportation items, use them to Leave the room and return, and the next boss should be open.

Yes I suppose it was a bit muddled. I made it a bit clearer now.
I think the DLC items are way too common, and since many of them are pretty fucking OP the game seems way easier now.
I really wish he put some separation between the dlc and the base game. Once you buy the expansion you're pretty fucked if you don't enjoy it.

The trinket machine tells you to take it to "him". But the trinket machine also tells you a lot of other bullshit. But if someone gets it, take it to the final boss and see what happens.

That's weird, the game gave me a chest to end the campaign after i beat mom, instead of making me go to either final level. Did you not see it? I guess not using it causes problems, idk why that would be the case.

Probably a broken combo as Tammy's head fires off whatever tears you currently have, and it doesn't wanna spam a shit ton of sloth tears

Tammy's Head shoots out tears in all directions, but they have the same effects as your so it probably just doesn't know how to shoot Sloth tears.
OK I found out what means Isaac fork trinket. Works like vampire but seems more often
