If you're going to dodge the foot, dodge horizontally, the hitbox is much taller but it's not any wider than it used to be.
Also, all 5 of her bodyparts explode when she dies, so don't be too close to the doors or the center where her foot is.

The exploding has got to be a glitch, there's no explanation for Mom exploding along with all of the enemies in the room as if the game was made by Micheal Bay.
And I see that the homing bug still exists. If you get homing tears (or just the little steven familiar), they will attempt to home into Mom's foot even though it's not actively on the playfield. This applies to Mom's Heart and It Lives too, it's really fucking annoying to try to shoot something only for the tears to change direction for something that's not there to hit.
It happens for followers too, Meat Boy, Isaac's Body (Pinking Shears), Dead Bird, and others all try to attack something that's withdrawn from the playfield, it's annoying.

If it destroyed blocks passively like how Pony and [sp]White Pony[/sp] grant flight, it might actually be a solid item. It'd be like having the Nail on every room, except it doesn't grant soul hearts or damage up. The only difference is that it'd have to be made a passive or it'd have to get a different spacebar functionality.
Speaking of useless items: Dads Key. It can't even open locked doors, it only opens normal doors :I
EDIT: I checked the Wiki, apparently it can open the Devil Room. 1 use, whoopie. At least it's better than Lemon Mishap in light of that.

i think the pickaxe would be better if you could break into secret rooms with it but that would make bombs worthless because the pickaxe recharges every room you beat

For 3 bucks, I think it's well worth it. Especially considering the sale of the game itself brings the total pricetag down to only 5 bucks. It sure as hell beats getting hyped for a 60 dollar rehash that gets outdated within a year.

You should be able to make your own challenge run.
You can select your curse (If you want any, or put it on random/none), select your space-bar item, and select some kind of passive. Of course, they'll have to be unlocked to make the selection.
They would also not count toward achievements or progress.
I'm still hoping that he adds that random stat and random item character that we suggested to him. I'd really dig something like that, you might spawn with an overpowered-as-fuck build like Fetus in a Jar + Bobby-Bomb but you spawn with terrible stats or you might spawn with pitiful items like Lemon Mishap and Number One but you have incredible stats and spawn items (bombs/keys/money). Hell, maybe even incorporate trinkets into the mix too. And of course, the chance of just not getting a spacebar or passive at all, like how Cain/Eve/Samson have no spacebar item and Isaac/Maggie/Judas have no passives.

First time I fought (Final Boss spoilers)[sp]Isaac, I thought since it had no music and he only occasionally shot tears it would be one of those things where you wail on yourself and kill yourself with no fighting back, leading to a depressing-ish ending of some sort. Only after I hit him a bit I was dead wrong. Of course, the no music was a glitch, but I thought it'd be neat.[/sp]

It's a [I]Secret[/I] Secret room. Doesn't show up on the treasure map (possible glitch?).
It's usually a random room with many, many different possible choices.

Super envy torn my ass apart. It kept spawning 2x huge homing troll bombs, that and multi-directional shots and beams here and there.
