Ohh I think in a let's play someone kept complaining saying "what how did I get hit?!" and ended up dieing to her. I'm pretty sure what you're talking about now. That's really annoying if it's still doing it.
Companion items seem to be glitchier than ever after this update. Today I picked up a Sister Maggy, but it didn't actually give me the item. I think it might have been because I already had Abel.
Speaking of which, this DLC seems to have some spelling errors. I'm pretty sure "Ank" should be "Ankh" (unless that was intentional for some reason) and when you actually pick up Abel, the game calls him "Able" instead.
Also since I got this DLC, every time I enter a room, the game slows down a whole lot, then returns to normal speed after about two seconds. Anyone else getting this? It goes for every room, even if I've already cleared it, or even if it's the first room on a new floor.

Not me, although I've had the game actually freeze on me once so far.
I sort of expected there to be a final boss with the DLC. What there is fails to really captivate me. It's a really simple fight.

Ive done it with every character too and nothing new unlocked, well, i got an item and thw 11th challenge. which i didnt really understand because i just started with no items. wasnt very hard :/

Probably because YOU ALREADY UNLOCKED IT. It fixed it showing up when you unlock it not unlocking it.
The spiders need a maximum move distance nerf.
Based on their numbers, they are supposed to work like flies; great in numbers, easy to kill.
Right now they work like hopper which is a medium type enemy.

Where are you getting your assumptions? I've already been to the Cathedral and [sp]accended Issac[/sp], I like to keep my playthroughs mixed up and I wanted to figure out why it's bugging out with the Satan boss fight.
I really suck at this game - only beat Mom's Heart once and that was using the Bible and I've never got close to it since. I never seem to get any of the really good items: maybe I just need to play it more. Loving the new stuff in the DLC though: even if I'll never see half of it!

That's weird. I always got a damage up when I killed the minion first.
