Probably the typical stuff.
[sp]Isaac probably spent time with his Dad and probably had lots of good times with him. When he kills himself/loses, He Remembers his time with his Dad, or maybe even a time when his Mom loved him and didn't want to sacrifice him, and his parents were together, since the Mom and Dad and Isaac are all in the photo.[/sp]

in the end i blew myself up with my own projectiles
I feel like Dead Dove should just be removed, and that Technology 2 shouldn't be a 'secondary fire' like it is because both of those things are just ridiculous.

Holy shit that's annoying, killed me about 5 times now even when I vowed to be extra careful and not get myself blown the fuck up.
Does anyone else think the Prayer Card should take 12 rooms to charge?
Atleast then it'd be way harder to get thousands of hearts with.

To make it 12, they would have to rewrite the charge code as the maximum is currently 6.
I think to make it balanced, they should only allow the heart to turn into a container at the end of the level, and only turn the full hearts into containers. This would mean that you would have to get a full white heart AND not lose it for the entire level.
Mega fetus is soo fucking good, I like it a lot.

If you have any soul hearts, that's not a difficult task in the slightest. The bosses may be new, but their patterns are pretty easy to catch onto.

I hate the bigger ones with faces. They fuckin' SLIDE across the ground after leaping.
I also positively hate that big Spider boss. HATE HIM. He makes more of those stupid tiny spiders, drops some spawners, and it gets hectic really fast. Sucks even more when he's boss of the first floor.

Widow should be a boss for Cellar 2 and not Cellar 1, as you have a small chance of surviving him on the first floor unless you get lucky with items.
I love this game. But fuck I always die on the last floor.
I went into the Cellar 1 boss room, and Widow jumped on top of me and pushed be back out of the boss room. wat.

I think it should just be one of the rarer items, like the noose. Generally just appearing in secret rooms.
Of course, the noose is kind of a shitty item now because the DLC added like 12 more common items that give you flight.

Not only did I beat It Lives! for the first time with ??? today, but I defeated [sp]Isaac[/sp] with him too.
