How did you unlock the Spirit Bomb?
I've discovered an awesome glitch, but it's probably old.
If you use the IV bag twice in a row really fast, the second coin you get won't take off any health. This also goes for those little demon beggars who take half a heart from you when you touch them. It might go for the blood banks too, but I'm not sure.
This glitch combined with the bloody penny is practically an infinite money exploit.
Oh fuck, Cain and [b]five[/b] Luck Up pills in the first two floors...

The Blood Donation machines can make use of this glitch as well. Old glitch.

In case you didn't know, mulligan spawns blue flies when you shoot sometimes in a room with enemies

Yes, that's true. If you have Krampus's Coal, you can skip having one other item.
Basically getting Golden God and skipping one item.

I'm pretty sure the cards all have effects like add bombs, keys, hearts, teleport to devil room... and they are on a rotation per character... So what gives bombs with judas could give keys with isaac.

Fistula is ridiculous. You just let Super Meat Boy do his thing, and you only move around and dodge the chargers.
Found something that I think is a glitch. I did a Doctor's Revenge challenge and grabbed the Ankh early on. I think it was in Depths 2 that I died and turned into ???, even though I haven't unlocked him yet. Then I went to the Womb and got a curse of the Labyrinth, which has two bosses. The first one was Scolex who I beat surprisingly easily with Doctor Fetus, but as soon as I beat him I got a notification of unlocking the D6 and beating the Challenge. Good thing too as I went to fight Mom's Heart and died straight away.
So I got the Super Fetus even though I hadn't found the basic Fetus, got the D6 even though I haven't unlocked ???, and beat the challenge without beating Mom's heart.
