I was AFK for a while and came back to a nice surprise of Isaac downloading something.

first few items i've came across are the same as usual 3 dollar bill and technology so nothing seems to have changed
Man, I fucking hate when you kill a boss and the door opens right under you. I was going to get 3 max health items after beating the boss, but the door opened and I fell in and ragequit. It should wait a few seconds to open up.
An update went out for the main game instead of the DLC.
Also, for anyone who doesn't know yet:
Using high priestess (Mom's foot step) on the Widow boss insta-kills it.

The door does stay closed while you're over it, but you have to be RIGHT on it for it to be closed. If you're moving in it's direction, y'er fucked.
Honestly, he needs to make it take a few seconds at least.

I've never went down by accident but I've came really close before. Sometimes I'm literally hanging off the edge of going down and like you said the trap door swings open.
I am really looking forward to the next bug fix update. I really hope that they have fixed the same items coming up over and over.

Probably only bugfixes and balance changes, and not only to WotL content since it was applied to the main game.
Why does sacred heart break the game in such a kind of good way, I got it with chocolate milk and it made me have to charge my shot for about 15 seconds but the shot took up the entire room.
i think the prayer card and the holy grail should be taken out of the store and put in the god room

Last time on Binding Isaac Z....Isaac was preparing his Chocolate spirit bomb to defeat the Evil Satan.
So, finished my Dead Baby runthrough
made it all the way to the Cathedral

I unlocked Rainbow Baby, D6, Samson, and the Polaroid all on one playthrough.
I am feeling good about my Isaac prowess.

I also had this happen against War. I used it on him in his first phase with barely any health taken off, and it ended the fight immediately.

Started a run with maggy and first item room had D6 in it. So I grabbed it used it on her chewy heart and got growth hormones. I like where this is going.

So I was doing the Revenge of the Doctor challenge and I was totally wrecking everything up. I ended up beating It Lives with more than 10 hearts, snatching me the mega fetus. Afterwards, I saw that the devil door had appeared. I figured since I was doing so well, I might as well fight Satan. I got to the secret room in Sheol, and got the ankh. I proceeded to commit suicide and beat Satan as ???, giving me the forget me now and legitimating my position as a golden god.
So satisfying.

It seems like everything is unlocking when it should, but so far Samson and the Mega Fetus are the only ones to get normal paper notification fanfares instead of just opening up "silently".
