Got book of revelations, got 3 cubes of meat, then i get Womb XL, so first boss (Death) didnt give an item. so i didnt get my meat boy finished :(

Just keep playing and eventually you can just breeze through no problem.
Also, it fires a kind-of-hard to aim explosive shot that blows up immediately on rocks and can vault over enemies.
Personally, I will ONLY grab IPECAC if I have either of the Technologies, because they become massively overpowered.

If you're aiming for the achievement, you don't need a full meat boy. I got 3 cubes and then fought the headless horseman, and I got the achievement.

I got the achivement, but "A Bandage" isnt showing up in secrets found :( so i cant find it as an item and wont get gold or platinum god :((

Guys my game just went crazy! I had curse of the labyrinth and when I went to fight the bosses, it quickly cycled through all of them kind of like NateDude's fast tarot card avatar (those are nice by the way, I'd like to make a request) and then I didn't even fight the first boss. Nothing spawned, and the doors immediately opened. And then I went to the next room and same thing, except that time I fought the Duke of Flies.

That happened to me once, sans the boss not appearing. I'm not sure what's causing it, though I also occasionally get an isolated case applying only to a boss and it's reskinned counterpart. Very confusing.

Actually, the item appears as a collectible in-game regardless of wether or not the Secret Found page appears. If you have the achievement, it's there.
Though it sucks big time to have all of the new Secret Found! pages not opening for me D;
Ive got 82/89 secrets. all challenges done, beat cathederal and sheol as every character. running out of ideas for things im missing :(

Believe it or not, some of the images in the files actually do that on their own.
Though it was mostly my fault, but I believe it too minor to worry about.
However I will try to keep it out of future avatars/requests.

Don't grab that item
sure it's great to have explosive shoots, but it doesn't explode on contact with enemies, unless you're really close, and if you're really close you will end up hurting yourself, and that sucks
Also if you get the mirror upgrade and this, you're fucked.

I feel like the really tedious enemies like mask of infamy are just as bad as enemies with a lot of damage output. It's really easy to avoid getting hit by the mask, but it causes the fight to be ridiculously long and boring.

You got Curse of the Labrynth, which combines two floors (Meaning you'll be jumping to the Caves/Combs next), and sadly this also makes BOTH of the doors require keys.
