If there's one thing I absolutely can't stand, it's not having any keys for the item room.
Also, I managed to glitch all music so all I hear is the little sounds of the enemies walking or shooting. It's a little creepy.

Music is on. But when I toggled it, the music still is off.
Edmund said they'd add new music. I hope they'll put a different music for the [sp]Isaac/???[/sp] boss fight, because I think it could use something sad instead of the generic WoTL boss music which isn't bad at all but just seems to be a filler in this situation.
Really suffers in comparison with satan on that matter.
Managed to reach the Cathedral with Dr Fetus as Samson, but I was way too slow to dodge anything.

My last run was extremely slow and it's so annoying. I managed to win with 1 and 1/2 hearts left it was pretty exciting!
I can't tell if I'm unlucky or lucky. I get an item that increases tear speed. And then I get another that increases tear speed, but it doesn't stack with the previous one. Then I get the Technology, which renders my previous items useless (it fires a laser, which has no projectile speed). Then my next two items increase my tear fire rate, which is pretty much worthless when I fire lasers.

I really wish the final battle was more exciting.
A stationary target than never moves while it just fires tears in fuck directions for almost 75% of its healthbar, then it starts spawning enemies at the last 25% while firing an attack that is completely randomized in how it hits the ground with no indication or warning to you before it connects.
The Satan fight was a lot more intense when he was added back at Halloween. Even though his pattern is easy for us to read now, he doesn't just sit there and wait for you to wail on him before doing something.

That's true. my strategy for the final boss is to just stand back at the wall still and fire
Whatever you do, don't combine Ipecac with a 3 dollar bill, the boomerang shots or whatever they're called fucked me over.
Just loaded up WOTL and got spammed with 10 ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED messages. About fucking time. Now if I could just get the fucking in game achievements.

There are "secret" achievements that don't show up until you unlock them.
You can see them on the Global Achievements page, all the purple ones are secret.

Alright, I just encountered a build that does NOT let you die. I have the cursed skull, which teleports me out if I have half a heart, I also have an item that gives me a soul heart when I get half health. So I teleport out and get a soul heart each time I get half.

So yeah The Scapular and The Cursed Skull lets you live forever if you have both.

You can't live forever on Womb/Utero/Sheol/Cathedral or when fighting super-enemies or bosses that deal double-damage.
The reason being is that you can't be brought down to half a heart, they'll just outright kill you instead.
If you have the Wafer, then you're going to be indestructible.
Wafer + Scapular + Cursed Skull is the true no-death loadout.
