Just a guess: Makes bombs more likely to appear as drops.
We have the Child's Heart influencing heart drops, so it might be the bomb parallel to that. Or not, it's just a guess.

You still need to find all of the items before you can get Platinum God. Completing the challenges and beating the game as every character isn't enough.

Good to know since I just finished the first challenge but got the achievement for the second one.
I'm guessing the second challenge unlocks the thirds achievement.

Doing the third challenge and power surge happens while fighting mom's heart. I had max HP and she was almost dead. Tech 2 can be OP some times.

It's the last item I need and I can't find it anywhere.

no it i got brimstone and tech 2 and i couldn't get brimstone to work.
You guys seem to always find such awesome stuff; I only ever seem to find speed upgrades and other fairly useless things.

Now, every time I get hit, no matter how much soul hearts I have, I get teleported out of the room. Combine that with Black Bean and it becomes both hilarious and tragic.
In doing the "Isaac was Good Today" challenge, in the Womb, I teleported to the I AM ERROR room.
