Oh haha, I had ABLE when i picked up Holy Water. It turned able into brother bobby PERMANENTLY and now holy water is going in the opposite direction from me like if it was able. I don't even..

Personally, I think it's a tie between Doctor's Revenge and Meat 4 Evar. And not really, but you become reliant on shops and bosses and you can't use treasure rooms as a crutch. My advice is, if you have 15 coins, find the shop, if you don't, go straight for the boss. It's what I did.

I've lost control of my life.
Killed Mom for the first time. Rate me late, etc.
Also my stats seem messed up. It says I have zero Mom kills (though maybe it only counts Mom's Heart kills or something?) and it says I only have 11 deaths. I have a lot more than 11 deaths.

My strategy: Raid every room for the loot drops. It's not like fighting is difficult.
The same applies for regular playthroughs, it's just that once you get to Womb and below, you have little incentive unless you have Money=Power, are in desperate need of finding resources (hearts especially), want to farm charges with your Book of Revelations or Prayer Card, or you have Mitre (which allows treasure rooms to spawn beyond Depths/Necropolis).

Most of my time getting Platinum God is just going to be finding the items. Unlocking them isn't a problem, but I foresee many Isaac playthroughs just so I can use the D6 on as many items as possible.

All of my achievements work. I'm not sure about the in-game unlocks though.

Some of them are a bit time-delayed due to how flash and steam interact. They should appear by the time you reset the game itself, if not, just wait it out for a bit.

Some of the challenge achievements are switched around, but other than that they're fine.
Just encountered my favorite combination yet again. Got the trinket from blowing up the shell game man, and the blood bank exploded on-use to yield an IV bag.

The spike rooms seem terrible. I got a golden chest for giving up about 4 hearts then carried on giving it all of my health, going back for heart drops over and over and got nothing else. I can't remember exactly how much I gave up but probably 12-16 in the end

I just had a pretty good run with IPECAC of all things. Got it with Sacred Heart so it homed on enemies, had the blue candle to deal with shit in my face, had skatole so flies wouldn't bother me, and Spectral tears so I wouldn't blow myself up. Still, I died at Mom's Foot because of her fucked up hitbox destroying my measly 2 hearts plus a couple of soul hearts.
Also, what the fuck.
