Its missing [img]http://i.imgur.com/qmNYO.png[/img] of features from DF right now. If you go in thinking its going to be exactly like DF, you will be disappointed.

Same thing happened to me. Wiped out almost everybody I had.
I found this kind of dull compared to DF.
It's got the basics right, just needs more features.
And less starvation lock.
This game is in the Indie Royale bundle. It's moments like this when I wish I could pay for shit over paypal.
This game is finally worth it if you pick it up in the Indie Royal bundle.

This is amazing though. I just can't get into DF, but i really like what it is. Towns seems to aim to be an accessible DF clone.
It's like how Dungeons of Dredmor opened up roguelike to many.
Can you make funtastic traps like in DF? Like the blood waterfalls.

I just finished walling off my main area, now there is a red roof over it and I can't do shit because I can't see anything under the roof. Is there any way to remove the roof?

Just got the game. My birthday was 2 weeks ago so a steam friend wanted to get me something. Too late to play but when I wake up!
My god the text in this game is messed up and the tutorials are pretty bad.
But it's similar to Evil Genius and Dungeon Keeper so I'll stay with it.
Done missed the bundle.
I flooded 2 levels of my dungeon. Sucks there's no way to remove or stop the water.
Yeah, really annoyed that they chose minecraft style water(source blocks with never ending water)
Have been playing some of the demo. Sure some things are broken, but as it is an alpha version I understand that, but the food lock thing is just plain stupid. It makes me rage so hard
