Personally, I think it looks fine. However, you could probably do without the ripped pant leg in order to fill in the little spaces between the shoulders/torso/abdomin, which you might be able to do if you use a trapezoid-like piece. It doesn't have to be perfect, just enough to make him look connected together.
Other then that, you could possibly swap out the brown background for a splash of blood for that authentic spess mehrine shooting zambie demons feel.
But yeah, great job!

Well I got 2 versions now
this one uses all of the layers because it needs a background but I managed to keep the arm from appearing in that slit.

This one doesn't need a background so it has 1 free slot. It removes the shoulder slits but I can't find a single thing that covers the torso ones as well.

the sliding bit was most recently seen in medal of honor: warfighter, a fuckin fantastic game that somewhat blended gameplay between battlefield and cod (a pretty good combination too), and we all know that battlefield is infamous for its destructible environments, so fuck off, call of duty has always been a ripoff of other shooters.

The Skorpion isn't cheap, you still have to aim unlike the 870.
