My flat mate was raging on nox so hard as virologist, I ended up placing a bomb above him which kept him alive but fucked up his worked and despite laughing really loudly he believed me when I said it wasn't me and was shouting and raging and getting angry at my pet bird that was crawling all over him and his laptop. Pretty much. It's a very fun alternative to being dead. Also they can hack doors, check record, send messages, etc.

Essentially. You can hack open doors and access medical/security records (but not edit them) as well as use the medical HUD. If I remember correctly, you can also use the security HUD. I also know that if your master has RD access, he can upload you to the AI core.

Why do I never see friendly walking mushrooms or Killer Tomatoes when people play Botanist? There needs to be more of those.

Granted, it takes a while for me to do it because chemists are usually dicks and don't give me mutagen and I never bother to hack the machine for the plump helmets

So on Nox I spawned as assistant. Found out a lot of people were in perma. I walked into security claiming that I couldn't make a living in the real world and wanted to go to permabrig for free meals. They walked in and I followed. A riot broke out between all about four of us in permabrig. We caused havoc, but did no harm. So we were eventually left alone. Broke out the window and went as far as I could with my oxygen tank and mask. Eventually I died about two blocks from the airlock in. Still fucking worth it since most of the people in perma were wrongfully in. One guy told me after we died that he was cracking up at the whole ordeal. Fun round.
