Xenobio is literally the worst and you'll end up fucking the round up for everyone, one way or another. Same thing with roboticists.
I for one love Botany. Always something to do and IMO there's not a whole lot more fun than flooding the bar with killer tomatoes and walking mushrooms (not to mention drugs)

I have recently gotten into Virology. I think its cool how you create diseases or you can give people internal youth. Anybody else here like Virology and would like to give a few pointers other than not grabbing random people.

Use useless symptoms to buff your disease's stats. Sneezing is the best because it'll force an air borne spread when you sneeze. You can combine symptoms like toxin filter and damage converter to create beneficial diseases. (It converts damage to toxin and filter heals it)
You can be more creative if you use symptize (or something called like it) to isolate a symptom for storage, then you can freely mix your symptoms to create a desired disease.
You start with a virus food dispenser which can easily get you some low level symptoms.
Labeling your samples helps you be organized.
You can use your own clean blood if a sample is running out.
You can create a disease to cure other diseases, if a pandemic is loose.
Longevity if the best stat symptom, so good it hides from medical and HUD scanners, though it will kill itself after a while, whilst in a mob.

I would usually steal food/drinks, inject them, then put them back in their original spot. I haven't tried this out yet, but fill a space cleaner with the infection and spray on lockers and items.

Time to play my favorate spessmen game. Gonna be AI mayb-- YOU ARE THE WIZARD!
I must steal a jetpack, and escape alive. A pretty simple task, but instead of murderboner, I wanted to try something new.
Gave myself a generic name. I got all robeless. Fireball, Knock, Ghost orb thing, (rest are useless) Blind, and Forcewall. Ditched my robes, used my teleport scroll to teleport to the locker room bathroom. Get gray jumpsuit and hide my normal jumpsuit in my bag. I go into EVA maintenance when no one was looking, and stole the jetpack. Apparently, someone stole from it before me. All I had to do was Knock the door, grab jetpack, and sax out. I would have to hide this somewhere, then I would pick it up when the shuttle was coming. I hid it behind some walls, and used my ghost orb for help.
I decide that waiting for the shuttle will be no fun, so I go back to EVA, and steal the last suit and a tank of oxygen. I plan to release the singularity by fireballing the equipment. I go all the way to where the emitters are. I am on the other side of the reinforced wall. I stand back, take a deep breath from my oxygen tank, and fireball. No damage. I realize that I would have to fire at the equipment directly, but it would be difficult to position myself. Then I realized. The Jetpack was the key.
I go back, weld the wall down and get my jetpack, go back to engineering spess. Fire a fireball. All of containment fails and Lord Singuloth is loose. I fuck off, firing more fireballs into the station from spess. Every once in awhile, I go to solars, and use my ghost orb, to assess the situation. I had a legion of ghosts watching me. Crew realizes that the singulo is loose, and they blamed someone else. Shuttle gets called. When there's five minutes left, I go to arrivals pod, and wait inside.
Shuttle launches, I am successful. I have my jetpack, and I survived. I prepared to savoir the moment when round-end occurs, when everyone goes WTF.
I won. No one knew I was a wizard, no one died from me (not sure about singlo). I was praised in OOC. I never used Forcewall or Blind.
Oh man, that was a great round on /tg/ just now, with the worlds nicest traitor AI and a great impersonator. I was the HoP, the AI summoned me into the captains office to discuss it and we came to a deal with the AI to stop it from murdering us all round, and the AI did a great job, we even let it fortify itself into a bunker. I was stupid enough to let myself get chloral syringegunned and murdered, but the guy who impersonated me for the rest of the round with a voicechanger was hilarious, even if he did get killed on the shuttle after messing up. (he tried bringing plasma with him, he'd have got away fine if not for that)
Hell, we actually managed to keep the fact that the AI was a traitor pretty much secret from the crew, and it was far better than the barely restrained omnicidal murderboners that you normally get.
I love impersonating players as if they're totally not dead at all.
This one time on zeta outpost(old gibbed) I started murdering people as a traitor with a voice changer. To avoid getting caught because people were missing I started impersonating those I murdered. One after another I added them to my conversation with myself. In the end I used the voices of them all to lure the RD back to the outpost. One more to add to the list.
Wat, started a Spider event and exactly 1 giant spider spawns in the courtroom where 7 people were having a discussion.
I had to put my headset off because of the laser spamming, pew pew
Roleplayed a teleporting crab wanted by CentCom. earlier today.
The gimmick was that it was the result of a bluespace science experiment, and it escaped during a cargo transfer.
CentCom. now tasked the crew to retrieve it, luring it with meat. If it was to be spooked, it would teleport away and cause an explosion if it rematerialized inside an object.
So one guy was able to tame me, secure me on the bridge, and when the emergency shuttle came in I got extracted and every surviving crew member was awarded a complimentary drink at the bar.
Pretty fun overall.
Play a round on FPS after not really having played there for roughly 2 months, get launched into space while trying to set up the singularity because of a borg turning on the containment fields while I was standing next to them, get lost in space for a while, eventually find the mining station, ask for someone to come pick me up, nobody does, say "You are all niggers" over the radio and then this happens.

When you can read people's adminhelps is really changes your attitude to players. I used to get adminhelps from assistants whining about how someone was killing them for no reason and upon investigation you'd find they'd beaten like 3 peoples heads in with toolboxes already for no reason. Also the popular people seemed to think they were immune to rules and could blow up half the station because they were 'testing' their new method on making bombs. It's really hard to keep a positive head when you realise so many people are shitheads that just bitch and moan their way out of every situation. I was one of the reasons everyone complained about the goon-admins admin abusing because they'd seriously expect you to bend over and let them ruin the fun for everyone on the server because all the other server's admins were 12 year old autistic furries who let them do w/e they wanted
