prove it
here cockfucker
You're sadly not far off. The potatoes are counting down at 100 potatoes every 11 seconds. At that rate, assuming 450,000 potatoes, it will take roughly 13.8 hours.
Who said GLADoS needs all of them?
They should speed that thing up, k thx Valve.
:derp:
7 Hours till release.
~453000 potatoes consumed at a rate of ~11 per second = ~11 hours.
100 potatoes = 10 seconds (approx) 1 potato = 0.1 seconds (approx) 450000 potatoes = 45000 seconds (approx) 750 minutes (approx) 12.5 hours (approx)
This is interesting..
I hope it gradually speeds up, if not, it's going to be a long night
i got 10
I think it's slowly speeding up

WHAT THE FUCK! POTATOES RAPIDLY GOING DOWN! Sorry. getting scared. But really, why are they going down so fast?
100 potatoes = 10 seconds (approx) 1 potato = 0.1 seconds (approx) 450000 potatoes = 45000 seconds (approx) 750 minutes (approx) 12.5 hours (approx)
100 potatoes is actually more like 8 seconds
Disregard, my math sucks anyways.
If it really takes 10 hours, that means a midnight launch for the east coast.
OVERCLOCK takes effect! It's not very effective...
100 potatoes is actually more like 8 seconds
I didn't have a timer on my desktop so it was very inaccurate.
Stop talking and play games fools
If my math is correct, we have about 10 hours until we're out of potatoes. Unfortunetly my math is usually incorrect though.
Potato count is decreasing! Holy crap! IT'S HAPPENING
THE SPEED. IS. INCREASING.
I think something will happen at 2:10 EST, since it's 10 minutes after, just like the inital messages.
Alright I'm willing to buy one more game to help, what do i get?
The actual rate of potato consumption is flawed; refresh the screen, the potatoes back up a little bit. So my theory is yes, they're going quickly, however the flash animation is going faster than the actual count. In other words, I think the system is extremely flawed and in no way an iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
