The potatoes and timer will hit 0 at roughly the same time and it'll be ~12:00 am PST which is the regular release time.

If we complete the games the bar will fill up and Portal 2 will be released. No one cares about the leftover potatoes after that because we will all be playing Portal 2.

Not for where I live. It is a whole 8 hours ahead of what they said on their blog. They said 7am PST and it is projected to be released at 11pm PST.
