Not exactly. I meant, once TWEOTW finishes, we have 2,000 players that are now forced to work on OTHER games. If we find out the next game to finish fastest, those 2,000 players presumably play THAT one. Then the ones that were playing that originally are now freed up for the NEXT fastest. Eventually, we'll have everyone working on the slowest game.

i have a feeling that it isnt going to release the game very much earlier...
