Wow, you guys got like 40,000 potatoes overnight! And Kick It is at 90% :buddy: 91% in only a minute B) 92% 93% - 11:05AM 94.5% - 11:12AM
the ball was a mod too..
Different developer. Tripwire just published it.
Am I the only one that is seeing how much of a difference the potato multipliers are having? Kick It is filling up WAY faster than TWEOTW did, and the best part is that TWEOTW had more than double the players Kick It does right now, not to mention it had less total buyers and therefore filled up faster. The best part is that whenever you refresh, theres like 300 more potatoes :buddy:
You all realize, we are doing the easy games first, so it only gets worse.
Meh, was kind of hoping for a weekend release but I don't think it's going to happen. Not a big deal though since we only found out about this yesterday.
Back with an OERO MILKSHAKE. Holy shit 94% we got this
You all realize, we are doing the easy games first, so it only gets worse.
You realize we're on the 2nd easiest game, yet it's going much faster than the easiest game did, even with less players?
I really wish they could have given us this whole thing on wednesday or even thursday. That way we would be able to actually finish it.
You realize we're on the 2nd easiest game, yet it's going much faster than the easiest game did, even with less players?
good thing about all of this is that it'll only get better

Kick It has a smaller userbase than Wonderful End, so it's no wonder Kick It moves faster. I don't know why we didn't do Kick It in the first place.
good thing about all of this is that it'll only get better
Yeah. It started off hard, but I feel like by the time this day is over, in all time zones, we'll be so close that tomorrow we may very well have Portal 2.

Because I didn't even know about TWEOTW, and I doubt most people had either. Just because a poor game is released early, doesn't mean its not going to be purchased by a ton of people.
Yeah. It started off hard, but I feel like by the time this day is over, in all time zones, we'll be so close that tomorrow we may very well have Portal 2.
i don't know about that though
You all realize, we are doing the easy games first, so it only gets worse.
As long as the number of people maintains, the effort will get divided amongst fewer games. So yes, it will get worse but not that much (I hope).
As long as the number of people maintains, the effort will get divided amongst fewer games. So yes, it will get worse but not that much (I hope).
It will only get faster and faster, exponentially, because of the potatoes as a multiplier.
God damn, it's like waiting for a 12gb download at 8kb/s. :psyduck:
Steam just kicked me offline and now when i try to login it wont accept my account informations.
More like downloading a 500 TB file on a 100 mB/s connection.
Steam just kicked me offline and now when i try to login it wont accept my account informations.
I'm stealing your account.
So close for 1... 2... 3... Kick It.
More like downloading a 500 TB file on a 100 mB/s connection.
Well I was actually referring to that one time I had to download People Soup from some shitty server.
I'm stealing your account.
No one knows my account's password or my email's. :downs:
I'm probably way behind on this as I haven't fully followed the potato thing, but can anyone please tell me how this works? Are we just supposed to play the games on that list to help boost the CPU's, or are there things in each game we must do to boost them.
Well I was actually referring to that one time I had to download People Soup from some shitty server.
I don't think much people in this thread are stalkers, fyi
More like downloading a 500 TB file on a 100 mB/s connection.
More like downloading a 500 TB file with a brick
Boot Progress: 35.02%
I don't think much people in this thread are stalkers, fyi
Well they should go play it, they could probably finish by the time Portal 2 comes out. v:v:v
