Excellent, my Makarov would be proud.
On the topic of pistols in Redux, the lightened 1911 easily has the best weight/power ratio of any gun in the game; you can easily bring down a group of 7 mercs with a single magazine. And the ammo is light and plentiful, too. It even kills dogs in one or two rounds!
I'm going to do the Pripyat underground with it alone, I think.

The M1911A1 is always good, that .45 ACP round packs quite a punch.
I've asked this before but I never really got a definitive answer, to everyone who mods COP how the fuck do I change the bullet resistance of an armor?

I think it's hardcoded in CS and CoP. But somehow those goddamned crazy SGM devs managed to make an extra armor plate as an artifact to increase the bullet resistance..

damages.ltx has profiles for each armour and helmet that define the protection to various parts of the body.

That clothes looks like mix of Imperial Guard and Fallout armors.
I have a feeling that, according to the game's core fluff, Survarium will feature the return of Ultima III's most nefarious enemy, one worse than any STALKER anomaly has... the grass!
That customization seems pretty dope.

I've just had a massive realization and idea while watching Schindlers List today.
Has anyone made a SoC mod where you play a gang banger from the U.S named either a)Tyrone b)Jamal or c)DeShawn and you've woken up in Sidoroviches bunker with piece of chicken in your mouth, blood around your arse and your knickers round your ankles? Also the main quest would be you finding your stolen iPhone (secret decoder) in Pripyat, the guy who says 'Get out of here Stalker!' would say 'Get out of here Nigga!' and you hold your guns sideways?
Is there a mod like this that exists?

Welp, started a new SGM 2.2 game, changed some mod options, added the FOV booster mod, now it's crashing at the main menu with a blank 'stack trace:' crashlog.

After some testing (and much deletion of user.ltx), it seems that my game crashes (without having ever loaded a game, this is all in the main menu) when I set the vision distance to max.
What the fuck.
I keep losing sanity with this mod.
So far I got quest to find some weapon in X-18.

Panic room. Screaming like a girl and jumping around this THING. After ~6 min I killed him with my knife.
My hands were shaking, I tried to reload my Carabiner...
Then another THING comes out of nowhere.

I was so confused so I blasted all 14 rounds from my Carbiner into his face without even thinking.
Half my hair turned gray this evening and I need someone to hug right now.
