Mines are the only thing I disabled in SGM. Because they're broken to hell.
Everything else is cool. Ok maybe few really fucked up quests, but still.
Things to avoid in SGM:
1. Noah's barge quest.
2. SGM mines.
3. Any difficulty level below [del]Master[/del] Wizard.
Is there a way to create your own map markers in CoP with the PDA? I want to mark down some places that I want to explore later.

Maybe some stashes that have a little bit in them, then get more when you get the coordinates, or have references like "previous stash turned out to be not safe, got looted, found another spot." etc.

Also, Noah's barge should NOT be suitable cover from emissions, seeing as half the roof is missing...

Yeah. Emissions are mostly psionic in nature.
Playing SGM 2.2, but I can't find Belousov. The quest marker pointed to some kind of bandit outpost, and when I killed them, it didn't update.

The only thing that pisses me off about LURK is that bandits kill Guide and Fox every fucking time. I'm pretty sure that shits on the true ending.

Im trying to get Dooms merge to work on SoC but I get CTD on launching the game. Steam SoC is version 1.0005 right? Wasn't there a patcher that would let you downgrade your game version?

IIRC, 1.0006 is the latest version so chances are this is the Steam version.

I have a more accurate time shooting from the hip with the crosshairs off.
Why do you use a deagle anyway? USP Compact is fucking godlike in SGM with all upgrades. It's like a machine pistol that deals 80 damage.

I load SGM 2.2 off of my normal HD and it loads pretty damn fast for me, although I do use an SSD for my OS.

I just got out of the swamps. I don't have the money for it.
Also, why does Beard buy artifacts at such a reduced amount? The trader RIGHT NEXT to him offers a much better price-per-artifact.
So, I'm almost finished with AMK for SHoC, and was looking into some mods for CoP that I can start playing. Misery looks pretty nice, but I know that some people here aren't too big of fans of it. Are there any issues with it that really result in it suffering?
A battle broke out outside of the main barge, filched a perfectly conditioned Spaz(?) from one of the corpses. It's strange how random battles occur all the time.

I was gonna leave him be but eh he might follow me and startle the fuck outta me as soon as I turned around so I emptied some buck into his body. Was funny as shit when I came back there [sp]for the quest and they were all dead. Then he opens the elevator doors and all I could think of was "shitshitshitshit he's gonna die and then I'll die". Then we find the fucking sleeping nest of em' man it was fucking comical.[/sp]
I'm amazed at how bad it looks at max settings. Can't wait to beat it and mod the fuck out of it.
