Starbound V2 - Much more than Terraria in space - Games

Being a jobless bum who lives with his parents doesn't pay much, believe it or not.

I just wish he could expand the beta a little bit. I don't expect to play it, I just want more gameplay of it on youtube and shit.

As long as it doesn't delay the game for 14 years (which would likely result in people overestimating the game) then it means the game should be fairly high quality when it's finally released.

I still think they shot themselves in the foot by announcing the game when it was so early in development. One cannot live on hype alone.

I honestly hope it does come out soon though, the anticipation is killing me.

Colonial Marines is that Aliens game isn't it? That was just plain bad to begin with. I was more meaning something like DNF which wasn't the worst game ever, it just couldn't begin to live up to the hype it had created though.

A:CM would have been bad anyway due to lack of funding and Duke Nukem Forever was literally only made to just generally [I]exist[/I]

Announcing the game early wasn't their choice, but the info got out accidentally so they kind of had to.

Based on their checklist, they are more like 75%-85% done. So no, aside from the fact that there are randomly generated creatures, planets and weapons and some basic construction, you really couldn't get any indication of what to expect from the game. They haven't shown any of the complexity that people in here assume will make it in in action anyways.

Anyone had problems getting on the Starbound forum at all? For me it just says an unexpected database error occurred.

It honestly only vaguely looks like Space Marine armor. It looks closer to full plate minus the helm. Space Marine armor tends to be a [i]lot[/i] bigger and bulkier.
