Haha, it's great to live in Danmark
Awesome! Played Dead Space 2. First time trying cloud gaming. This might very well be the future of demos Edit: Haha I used ALT+TAB and it crashed the Sims 3 demo Same thing with Spore. I edited the settings and it crashed! Haha!
Tried out some dead space 2. It was actually pretty fast and didn't lag that much. The resolution was ok but nothing you get from playing on your local machine. This could be a good way to try out games before you buy them, like if they have a free timed trial or something. Picture of dead space 2 ( IE seemed to work better for it ) It's cool but I would never buy a game on there
It keeps saying that to me as well. Bleh.
Try IE

Heres some gameplay:
It started Dead Space 2 then it said my bandwidth dropped and it 'adjusted' for 30 seconds then the demo was over. It asked me to buy the game. Recalibrations: The Videogame
Aw man, now it says my response time is too high after changing browser. No wonder I can't play, my dumb ISP is giving me half my regular speed and my parents are bogging down the internet too.
Nice, it ran Spore and Dead Space 2 REALLY good. I'm looking forward to this.
It seems that the changes that you do in the game stay; I loaded a savestate on the ME 2 demo and that certainly wasn't mine. Isn't this possible to grief, like change the settings and controls?
Tried some dead space 2.. Your network response times are unusually high. Please try again later. If you continue receiving this errorMessage, it may be because you are too far from Gaikai's servers. Fuck I hate living in Estonia.
guys the main purpose of this isn't to play full games on by the way it's just to host online demos
Works fine in canada and with stuff downloading too.
Service ain't working over here in Portugal...
Mass Effect 2 won't load
Mass Effect 2 won't load
I think every game stopped working.
So where is the datacenter?
They seem to be working again.
I'm actually surprised that no one's yet said that this new service could become the future of video gaming... and to be honest...

Aaah, i got accepted. I'm going to have to wait for more beta spots though.
I'm sure it will work, right guys? :buddy: :smith: Internet here is expensive, so we can't afford any better connection right now.
didnt expect dead space 2 to run on my shitty estonian net, sometimes gets quite choppy but still really impressive.
I was able to play once lag free, i try later and now it says meh connection is not good enough.
To bad i have a 60gig limit monthly. Or this would have been such a good gaming alternative.
To bad i have a 60gig limit monthly. Or this would have been such a good gaming alternative.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't download that much.... You're basically streaming video.
I wish this and Onlive's software would get released or something. Installing this on some lan/home dedicated gaming box and playing from any laptop would be kick ass. :v: Seeing it now. Companies offering Dedicated Gaming Servers just like they do now for webservers and other needs.
I remember Instantaction was planning to do this and actually succeeded before it shut down, but for that instead of streaming while you play it downloads while you play, which allowed the quality to be much better. Personally, I think this is a better strategy to have it download while playing instead of streaming, but it would be nice for that to be an option because for some they may want to stream so their pc can actually run it.

And afaik, Elion offers 100mbit for cheap in flats. e: Damn automerge :ninja:
Were you playing above 40 fps?
amazing dead space 2 in my browser!
