GOD this is frustrating. Every battle I play on the Su122 54 is a defeat. I have like 30% winratio on it, and it really isn't my fault either. Every team I'm in just insta dies. This is probably why I fucking hate TDs, you have to rely on the siema retards in front of you to spot and soak up damage so you can camp and damage enemies. Su122-54 is completely useless at close range with its terrible gundepression and no armour. It feels like playing the FailpzE100 defeat mobile all over again.
Some tanks are just cursed.

Agree with this. I have a pretty bad win rate in it too. The gun just isn't scary enough to keep the enemy back. The frontal armor is pretty good though, especially if you can twist between shots to get a bit of extra angle. Though gun depression is bad, the acceleration in both directions is good, so can peak over hills and reverse again.
I play it now the same as the T54 and Su122-44 ie very aggressively. Seems to work a bit better. Bit of a dog though.

Is anybody having trouble getting mods to work? I tried installing Gnome's sound mods and they caused the game to crash during the loading screen and it started working again after I deleted the mods.

Yes,except I put mine in the 8.4 folder inside the mod folder.
