that could have been the original plan, but as they stated in their faq they weren't getting a lot done as many of the dev had taken second jobs to pay for game development. but the donations now will speed it up as they'll have some funding so they can pay for the game now rather than wait for a paycheck to pay bills and some of it for the game.

I wonder if we're gonna have a similar armor system to terraria with functional armors and social overlay clothes.

If they reach it they are going to hire another artist to create the Novakids' assets, but we don't know whether this person will only be making the race or keep working with them after that. Still, the more money they get the faster and the more efficient they can work.

Man, the respawn animation for the Novakid is probably going to be cool as fuck. In the thread it says that when they die, they [I]fucking explode[/I] and then leave behind a piece of metal shaped as the symbol on their face. So I imagine the respawn would be something like the piece of metal glowing white hot and then just re-creating it's old body. Gon' be baller as hell.

I wasn't that hyped for this game, but now that I've read more about it I'm really fucking hyped I even made my character look like me
