It's an entire figure, of which that's the head.

Added you IDTL :)
Well I've only got one thing to say about it: :iia:
It worked well for me.
It works perfectly fine, but some creatures haven't got sprites yet. (donkeys and such)
I wonder if giving dragons the [FLIER] tag will make them deadlier than they currently are? In vanilla they are piss easy to defeat by using a marksman squad.
They'll fly above your shit and air bombard you.
I tested this with fire imps.

Sounds like fun. Especially in aboveground forts.
Give giant cave spiders the [FLIER] tag. I dare you, I double dare you motherfucker. Web EVERYWHERE.
I gave them flame breath.
And 20 legs.
Time for a new devlog.

Here's a List thread reply (2/22/10). http://www.bay12games.com/forum/index.php?topic=30026.msg1047755#msg1047755
Cleaning progresses. Another poison crash and other problems with poisons, stopped the bronze colossus from blowing out some combat variables, fixed some problems with entity material selection, added plaster trading, fixed issues with flying item thieves, slowed down skill/att rusting a bit, some designation coloring and other display issues... The animal people will now dip their darts in whatever nasty stuff they can find down there, instead of just venoms from bites and stings. So any poisonous liquid/dust breath, poisonous secretion or poisonous blood that is around in their cavern will be used.
You sure make it nice any comfortable for the prisoners. I put them in a 1x1 spot.
You sure make it nice any comfortable for the prisoners. I put them in a 1x1 spot.
Well, the prisoners are usually put there because of some bullshit that some noble said, not really their fault (often).
You sure make it nice any comfortable for the prisoners. I put them in a 1x1 spot.
No. Prisons are supposed to be nice, so that if a dwarf is arrested for tantrumming, he won't be miserable the whole time he's in the prison and won't tantrum the second he gets out. Prisons are more efficiently "rehabilitation" centers in DF :v:
Well, the brook has iced over upstream and isn't thawing again. So downstream it's drained away. And I don't think I have magma on this map.
If I mined away the majority of the ice, would the stuff next to the edge of the map thaw?
Still need help.

but it is more fun to cram them in a 1x1 cell and watch them suffer
Ok, It's taken a while but I've updated the OP.
Made this thread ready for post-release of DF 2010.
Added new features introduced in DF 2010.
Added Tile/Character set section.
Moved previous threads.
Made Utilities/Mods etc sections ready for DF 2010.
Changed/fixed various sections.
Added link to the video tutorials in the helpful links section.

I guess it's also fun watching them get out, tantrum, and kill your legendary workers.
Why won't my dwarves put my ballista ammo in my stockpile? The stockpile is designated to hold ballista parts, catapult parts, siege ammo, and ballista arrow heads, and nobody is putting anything in it, yet nobody will put them in my regular furniture stockpile anymore since I disabled those same item-types on it.
guys I don0't found this game so amuzing like I used to.
What are good mods

Dig Deeper for challenge.
Or wait for the new version.
Age of Heroes is my current favorite mod.

Then again it doesn't change that much stuff.
So, anybody know why my dwarves won't put my ballista arrows in my stockpile?
Still need help.
Seriously, it's quite important that I get some water here.
So, anybody know why my dwarves won't put my ballista arrows in my stockpile?
Did you forbid the materials/metals in the stockpile menu for that pile?
Hah, a mason just made one hardcore bed: Made out of obsidian and studded with iron!
Seriously, it's quite important that I get some water here.
Well since you can't heat the ice, the only thing you have to do is waiting for it to smelt and rely on booze.
[editline]09:01PM[/editline]
Or possibly this very hard option.

I had an elven merchant get killed in one of my many goblin ambushes. They killed her and her muskox. The other merchants ran away, so I didn't get to trade with them, but I did get several free cloth bins.
