Oh well. I broke my fortress :frown: I had around 150 dwarves and I wasn't paying attention to the food supplies. Too busy hunting for coal, oops I didn't react quickly enough and soon most people were starving and everybody was miserable. Then my elite marksdwarf's baby starved to death and she went apeshit, killing several people and injuring a few. All this was too much for one of my planters, who tantrumed and destroyed all but one small field (of course I didn't realise this had happened for a good 30 minutes) so my small food supply ran out. Slowly more and more people went nuts and started attacking eachother, causing the corridors to fill up with bodies, bits of kitten and vomit. In the end there was only a small handful left, who spent all their time feeding the wounded, engraving the walls (I felt I needed to leave something for future expeditions) and having tantrums. I could have got it back on its feet, but I abandoned it with a plan of getting a location with magma next time.

I never got around 50 people at all, i just usually stop playing around 20 or more... also in my last game I got siege 3 fucking times with just my basic 7 people... good thing i built a draw bridge but the orc motherfucker's won't go the fuck away, after the 2nd siege stop, the 3rd siege began D:<

Fedoras are getting really overplayed now. I bought mine a couple years ago, then all the hipsters started wearing them and it totally ruined the coolness for me. Now I just can't wear it anymore. It sucks that I had to get mine before they became so popular, because I actually had to go to great lengths to find one. Now they're all over Hot Topic and shit.
