My sister's account is suspended as well, but blizzard is taking quite a long time dealing with it. They even sent me back the exact same mail I followed to fill in the webform, after I filled in the webform. i never entered anything in a link. the link directed me to their "You've been hacked, lulz" page.. well..i got all that stuff fixed now. Only problem is now that they sent a mail telling me my account has been opened again. but i can't purchase more playtime. :frown:
