Probably railcraft, jaguar's paranoid about fuel efficiencies in his boilers and I think they have to use the same burn value ratios that furnaces do.

I just found such a fucking massive oil geyser on Profan's FTB server... It's 30~ blocks high and the oil cavern below is 25-30~ blocks deep.

My FTB is acting up. The launcher works fine, the game works fine, but as soon as I try and get in game (multiplayer or singleplayer) it just freezes on 'loading world.' My friends say that I do connect, It just remains stuck on that screen. Any help?

So i've built a huge farm, a wide field of full grown wheat, enclosed farms for animals
it looks great.

so i spawn a few hundred villagers to populate the empty city.
and now they have completely fucking trashed it and every night they go to 'sleep' inside my prisons and my temple

Punch out doors, they are now homeless. Turn on mob spawns, they will soon be zombies.

I've been living among the villagers in my most recent world too. They're really handy for early-game resources, like food and diamond armor and tools, but it is kind of bothersome how sometimes I'll build a new structure and EVERYONE IN TOWN suddenly decides THIS NEW HOUSE IS THE SHIT and they all cram themselves into it while it's still under construction.

If I remember, there's coding that means all the villagers move into the house furthest to a certain direction (can't remember what it is). They [b]really[/b] need to fix that, and it would be awesome if they could make it so villagers know what house they stay in every night.

Aye; my town of Stonewall does feel kinda "broken" if you know what I mean. There isn't even an Iron Golem spawning in that desert farming hamlet.

I can't imagine that you'd need all that much data to simply let a villager know which house is theirs, I mean it's not like theres thousands of them at any given time :v:

Whenever I tried spamming Wither skeletons, I never got skulls out of any of them.

I'm mainly running into trouble when I'm finding a lot of outdated info on google, just wondering if you guys know of any up-to-date tutorials etc

I was pretty confused myself once I started FTB after playing Tekkit for a while, I just made a base from what I knew, and then systematically started going through the mods, still not done.

Started with Thaumcraft 3, finished going through Steve's Carts 2 recently.
There sure is a lot of stuff in this modpack.

Watching Direwolf20 really helped me get into FTB, though I find myself copying a lot of his ideas for setting up things because theyre just so efficient compared to what I attempt to do.. Also frequent google searches of "Feed The Beast [name of a block or mod here]"
