Just put a portal through the hole where the cube is and then place a portal behind you and get the cube out. The button raises the ramp so you can reach the exit

i finished this game without cheats, and no walkthrouhgs
seiteki can confirm that i had 2-3 panic heart attacks, mind going apeshit insane and overall faggotary
but then, in the last minute, before setting sv_cheats to 1 I always tried one more time
and it always worked

so yeah guys, just try. There is no fun in asking how-to.
