[sp]Air(neurotoxin too?) was being sucked with her, so she could've gotten some air. The heat was also sucked in, so she still was in a good atmosphere to live. If she had lost grip, she would've died though. She wasn't on the moon long enough for her body to de-pressurized either. And it's a game.[/sp]
[sp]The neurotoxin was turned off almost immediately in the final fight[/sp]
the wii like controller released with the game
...You mean a Playstation Move?
I just completed it, took me 6 or 7 hours (across 3 sessions) it seems, longer than portal. Although this might be because I got stuck at some really simple puzzles in chapter 7 and 8 :saddowns: IMO Valve have made a brilliant game. I am amazed by everything in this, the game play, the story, the voice acting and the looks etc. The destruction scenes are awesome. Its amazing how well they have made a game with basically 2 characters. Stephen Merchant is brilliant as Wheatley. The ending was simply amazing as well. [sp]I mean fucking portal'ing into space. Although I did feel bad about Wheatley and I had grown to trust GLaDOS. What a silly mistake to make :([/sp] I wish it answered some questions I had in my mind, it answered some but it has asked so so many more. [sp] Fire a portal onto the moon, its amazing the range that thing has. [/sp]
[sp]How is it a mistake to trust Glados? She did tell you she would give you freedom if you were to help her, and that's basically what she gave you. She DIDN'T lie, believe that or not. [/sp]
[sp]The neurotoxin was turned off almost immediately in the final fight[/sp]
[sp]Woops, it got kind of confusing with the 3 countdowns, one for neurotoxin, two for the meltdown, isn't it?[/sp]
that was incredible the ending was just so right (wasn't a huge fan of the weird turret song though)
[sp]You really don't kill him. Just trap him in space. Forever.[/sp]
[sp]He'll run out of battery power/get hit by space debris eventually.[/sp]
[sp]Woops, it got kind of confusing with the 3 countdowns, one for neurotoxin, two for the meltdown, isn't it?[/sp]
Three for the meltdown.
...You mean a Playstation Move?
Nope.
Welp, I guess I'll have to [sp]find the missing experiment[/sp] on my own then. Gonna go through again.
Oh my. This thread is reaching maximum capacity quite fast. Do we even have an OP of the next V?
[sp]How is it a mistake to trust Glados? She did tell you she would give you freedom if you were to help her, and that's basically what she gave you. She DIDN'T lie, believe that or not. [/sp]
[sp]I dunno for some reason I expected her not to turn evil and delete the good part of her. Well part of me did, I mean it is GLaDOS and portal. Still, an awesome ending [/sp]
[sp]How is it a mistake to trust Glados? She did tell you she would give you freedom if you were to help her, and that's basically what she gave you. She DIDN'T lie, believe that or not. [/sp]
[sp]She only gave you your freedom because she said killing you was hard, and she always did things the easy way, which in this case was giving you your freedom[/sp]
[sp]Woah, I just noticed there aren't any energy-ball things in portal 2, they were all over portal 1[/sp]
[sp]I wondered: What if the portal was there too long and Chell just hung out until the entire atmosphere of Earth was depleted?[/sp] [editline]19th April 2011[/editline] ...a....what
[sp] For your question, Chell would be dead before the entire Earth Atmosphere was depleted. It would take a very very long time. Nature needs to balance everything, so if the portal stayed open, the entire atmosphere would've gone as gazes in empty space and Earth would've turned like the moon due to the lack of atmosphere. Sad story.[/sp]
[sp]How did Chell survive being sucked into space? Wouldn't it kill her or could she hold her breath?..[/sp]
I'm wondering this too. I think the ending would be way better if [sp]it ended right where you lie down, cutting to the turret choir, presuming you are dead.[/sp]
Sadly, I've seen a lot of mapping errors. Nothing you notice on a passing by, but you see it if you're a perfectionist like me. Look at the rail in the "clean" room in the Courtesy Call. The rail ends in the middle of nowhere, and when you jump there's NOTHING on the outside. Just nothingness.
In one of the offices there are potted plants. These plants are hollow and untextured, you can talk right through them. One of them is also halfway in a wall.
[sp]Woah, I just noticed there aren't any energy-ball things in portal 2, they were all over portal 1[/sp]
lasers are about the same
[sp]I love the core at the end that keeps passing Wheatley and says he's in space.[/sp]
[sp]I love the core at the end that keeps passing Wheatley and says he's in space.[/sp]
[sp]SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE[/sp]

I also felt total boss when [sp]I rescued that turret from redemption. "thank you"[/sp] :3:
I need to figure out how to play godamm .vcd files, or at least convert them so I can just listen to [sp]SPAAAAAAACE[/sp] on a loop.
[sp]Woah, I just noticed there aren't any energy-ball things in portal 2, they were all over portal 1[/sp]
[sp]Near the start of the game, the first (?) laser chamber is the first energy ball chamber from the first game, GLaDOS pulls the broken ball machines out and slides in shiny new laser whatsits[/sp]
[sp]SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE[/sp] Hehe.
I also felt total boss when [sp]I rescued that turret from redemption. "thank you"[/sp] :3:
[sp]I did that too. But then I accidentally dropped it into a bottomless pit.[/sp]
I also felt total boss when [sp]I rescued that turret from redemption. "thank you"[/sp] :3:
[sp]Was that turret saying Old Man Cave Johnson stuff? I know it said "DON'T MAKE LEMONADE!" and then something about Prometheus being punished by the gods for sharing knowledge with mankind[/sp] [sp]I accidentally walked into the fizzle grip with it. Oops.[/sp]
[sp]Man, I fucking love Call of duty style cutscene[/sp]
[sp]I did that too. But then I accidentally dropped it into a bottomless pit.[/sp]
Happened to me too.
