Maybe she needed to find an excuse not to kill you, and she justified that by just saying you were too hard to kill off. Robots aren't perfectly evil, they just need to justify every move they make. This is probably why Glados thought a paradox would kill Weathley. Trying to justify and correct a paradox is virtually impossible. Glados, which was Cave Johnson's wife, was human once, and because of you, she found out. She had lost her humanity due to her being an AI and watching people die all of her computerized life.

In the end, I don't think Glados was ever really evil. She just tested, and also tried to murder you in the way she was programmed to do it; with science. When you broke lose, she was in disarray, and when you arrived in her chamber, she probably flipped out and tried to kill you off to assure her safety. You assaulted her, and you burned the core when she told you to leave it alone.[/sp]

All the .vcd files are composed of several .wav files. Look around and you should find them. Atleast they were in [b]all[/b] previous versions and instancesof the source engine, but since we don't really have an SDK I can't know for sure :v:

I really loved this game, especially the ending, I stayed all night just to play it.

The only problem I have with it is that it's a little too easy. I only got stuck on a single map, and even then it wasn't that hard to figure out. At the very least I was hoping for some advanced/bonus chambers.

Ah well, I still have the co-op and future dlc to look forward to.
