So a two minute achivement video showing nothing of the story suddenly becomes a walkthrough to beat the whole game.

First was Chell, who seemed to have made her portal gun out of a nerf gun.

Yea, but a walkthrough is a video showing how to beat a specific game, which shows the whole game. An achievement video just shows enough video as necessary as to how to obtain an achievement. One obviously is worse than the other.
