Have you tried deleting clientregistry.blob
It fixes everything.
That are the servers are no doubt overflowing with the entire population of the universe right now.
i got it decrpyted, but then the godfucking damn thing said incomplete instllation so im just redownloading it.
at least valve knows how to handle their servers, 2 mb/s ftw

What the shit. Made that face for about five seconds just for shits and giggles and it jumped me from 15% to 32%
