Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising - now with added spikiness - Games

I'm dropping the subject now. Also way to rate me dumb in every post. So this expansion does seem to look good but as stated, the maps look kindof odd but I guess it's all early for now.

I think the corruption meter basically means that you can turn to Chaos during the campaign, and I reckon your actions (or maybe a choice) will dictate which god (And maybe give unique equipment and dialogue as a result), and no matter which god you choose/end up with, you'd still have a canon reason to fight the Black Legion, since most gods dislike each other and infight, and Khorne just loves bloodshed.

And incidentally, you play the Fifth Company in Dawn of War II, hence why a lot of the armour wargear has Purity seals and marks of penitence, as they see themselves as constantly atoning for the misdeeds of their forebears. The Fifth company also has the least amount of Librarians of any company within the Blood Ravens. Which could actually be evidence for the new hero unit being a Chaplain.

Wanted to buy Dawn of War 2 for a longer time. That's why I just bought it. I wonder if it was a bad idea to do it now. Should I have waited for the add-on to be released? Edit: Aww I look at [url=http://community.dawnofwar2.com/sites/dawnofwar2.com/files/images/QuestsHeresy_2.jpg]this picture[/url] and memories of the old second edition Warhammer 40.000 apear in my mind.

Damn the upgrades to the story sounds great. Some of the mandatory boss battles were a bit tedious, and the corruption meter sounds like some nice spice to the game. Also the Chaos Dreadnaught looks sick!

The new "survival" thing they added is quite awesome with the wargear unlocks and all, they should just add more maps and maybe even random drops from enemies (like in the campaign).

Oh man, I wonder if one day we will get the grey knights in this game. Using them against, say, eldar would be like putting a single guardsman up to fight an emperor-class titan. Each and every grey knight is a dreadnought of itself, don't get me started on their actual dreadnoughts :buddy:

So guys is this worth of 20€?

It's worth any sale price just simply for last stand, spent hours on that.

If they added "random" loot (or at least random drops from enemies) it would be even more awesome. But over at the Relic forums there are quite a lot that say it would ruin competitive play (leaderboards and all that crap nearly nobody cares about anyways).
