Would stacking Battlefuries on Kunkka be a legit idea?

[B]EVERYTHING[/B][/QUOTE] Doom is [b]never[/b] fully farmed, Travelboots, Assault Cuirass, Heart of Tarrasque, Shadow Blade, Aghanim's Scepter and BKB are merely his core items. In all seriousness, Doom is actually an amazing allrounder because of that. Tanky, fast, almost impossible to not get farmed with and can initiate, carry or general utility with Aghanim's and Halberd and such.

Actually stacking BF on Kunkka was a classicly old build on how to play him, it is actually a very decent way to play him. Its proven that cleave is entirely pure damage on the secondary targets so in theory with a crit, 2 bf and a tide bringer hit at level 20 it is possible for kunkka to deal a 1.3k damage pure nuke. It is a very decent strat as it gives him all he needs but standard items need to be part of it as well.

Frost armor from the blue ogres vs a melee heavy team on Doom is hilarious.

To be honest, the Frost attack from the Ghost(small camp) on Doom is rather damn brutal, it's essentially a free Skadi.

Depends on the situation, Doom is awesome.

And dont tell me "i need the regen". Also "cleave stacks!!!!" doesnt mean that you should waste >10,000 gold on it, instead of buying much better items. It gives amazing damage and regen, which early on a good kunkka loves. He has a pretty shit mana pool, and if you built a RoH in lane you may as well.

Seriously for fitting the role of nuker/farmer battlefury stacking is one of the best ways to play kunkka BUT NOT THE ONLY ONE.

If I'm not dying or being targeted I go straight carry Kunkka. Deal so much damage it's not even funny. And I've been getting better at landing boats.

Tidebringer's cleave is good for fighting, but not really farming. I tend to get Battlefury and Shadow Blade before I get Daedalus, though that may not be the optimal build on him.

Cleave is pure damage and is only really calculated on how much damage is done to the main target. Seriously, I have done the numbers as well as many others, in dota you can't just say "This is bad because it seems bad on paper".

If you're not getting Battlefury for the cleave then you're doing something incredibly wrong.

There are very few heroes who might get away with getting dupes of given "advanced" (i.e not bracer, talisman ,etc) item instead of a completely different item. 6 slots, gold shouldn't be (in theory) easy to come by and timewindows where you might not lose money due to death should be, again in theory, limited as well.
