I am so tired of seeing generic pairs or team comps that come out of the newest meta. I.e people picking from a roster of only Pl, Kotl, Nyx, Alchemist, Magnus and stealing rosters directly off the newest pro game. It just generally makes the game unfun fighting against a team you know is going to be better than yours if you are just playing for fun.

I would have added Sylla as he is huge in comp but you almost never see pubs pick him.

Other than that, community & seasonal chests (+ I do believe tournament chests exist) offer most varied items and they just so happen to be top-tier from Workshop.

You can spend 2.50 opening a Kunnka/Jugg/Sven etc etc chest and get a 50c common(happens all the fuckin time). Where as you can spend 2.50 and have a fairly high chance of getting your moneys worth back.

Apparently that is no longer dropping, so in theory, if no-one's bought all your Invoker crates yet, you could take them off the market, wait for the quantity to drop and the minimum asking price to rise. Hopefully, if enough people buy the cheaper Invoker crates, the minimum asking price will increase, and you could sell the crates for a better price than the current amount. Currently there are under 2000 Invoker crates on the market, and current lowest price on the creates are about £0.09, which is about 14 cents across the pond, so I'd currently say hold on your Invoker boxes for now, and wait for the price to rise to something like 20 or 25 cents. I'm holding onto my crates until quantity drops and selling price rises; it's not like they're going anywhere, so their value can only go up eventually, as things get rarer and rarer. Also, for fellow market watchers, Shaper Divine crates are currently sitting at 5p/8 cents, whilst Crystalline Chaos is rock-bottom at tuppence/3 cents. What tourney was it?

Don't think I just play this game for the boxes; the game itself is great for a beta product. I'm just trying to make the most of the boxes it throws at me. If people want to buy boxes then I'll sell them at a reasonable price; not bottom-tier like tuppence but still a respectable price, since I feel the crates are worth more than those kinda lowest-possible prices. It doesn't hurt anyone since these are essentially hats and skins; it's not like the crates contain things that give an in-game bonus that helps you get an advantage over the enemy team, since the microtransactions are entirely ethical, and all the Battle Points do is count down to when you get a guaranteed drop as opposed to a random drop. It's just a side-thing that allows you to gather more store credit by selling on something you have no use for; some crates are sought-after by people who want new hats, and whilst I don't pool a ton of cash into buying keys, I wait for my market earnings to reach a certain point before buying a key and opening a crate for myself.
