You mean when a company that makes a console only makes games for its own console? You do know that Sony owns Naughty Dog, right?
In principal, though, I agree with you, insofar as independent third-party publishers only making games for one platform or the other. I have yet to figure out why Epic refuses to port Gears of War to the PC, where those glorious graphics would truly shine.
