Is it just me or does the game become really unstable after enabling the GPU simulated water? It seems whenever I turn it on I randomly crash a little while after even though I notice only a slight performance drop. Should I try getting the newest Nvidia drivers?
Yes, Yes you should. The game would just randomly lock up for me for no reason, regardless of settings until I updated my drivers. Runs like a charm now.
Any god mode yet?
Might be a stupid question: Does this work with the Steam Demo?
There is only a Steam demo afaik.
There is only a Steam demo afaik.
Okay. What's that Inf. Time in the patch for? Demo Time?
Okay. What's that Inf. Time in the patch for? Demo Time?
Yes.
Yes.
Good.
Fucking amazing. The only thing I miss from the first one is the odd bit of spread-out-ness of content, in Just Cause 1 it really felt you were trekking across a huge country island, now there's a town every hundred metres. Preordered.
The cars added in the black market are really handy when doing stunts on all the jumps in that one area in the last thread.
Anyone else ever used the dune buggies down by the pipeline? SPOILER [sp]They kick ass![/sp]
Something that I think would be cool, as the game progressed and you were creating more and more chaos while chipping away more and more of Panay's power, the civilians would start to grow unruly, and you would see more of them revolting against the police here and there. By the end of the game it would be total madness. Though I doubt they would have implemented something that complex.
Fucking amazing. Do you not like having lots of opportunities for fun?
There can't be a better spot to park a pink tuk tuk.
Why would you miss that? That means that you liked the complete lack of things to do and lack of motivation for exploration that was in the first game. Do you not like having lots of opportunities for fun?
No, I think it's a great improvement, but the whole place seems so much smaller, even though it's the same size, if not bigger. The original had a great sense of scale though I will agree with you the exploration was boring and the environments were virtually identical to each other with only a few landmarks. However the reason for my minor gripes could just be because of the lightspeed grapple hook and not the condensation of stuff to do.
Er, i was the guy who raped you guys about Dx9 in the previous thread...
Are you implying that you won that argument? You were the one who decided that you were going to get windows 7 on your computer.
how come whenever i rope someone to a car the rope breaks
It releases the person if the person is dead. It stays if he is still alive. It really wouldn't be that difficult to implement..
^ ^ ^ how the fuck did you do that.
The allow vehicle thing doesn't work for me
^ ^ ^ how the fuck did you do that.
You can use the blackmarket mod thing to get the bus, which also just floats for some reason.
I hate parachuting and then the grapple becoming fucking useless
I hate parachuting and then the grapple becoming fucking useless
Wait what.?.....? Why do you hate Parachutes? And how is the grapple "useless"?
You can use the blackmarket mod thing to get the bus, which also just floats for some reason.
But how to install it? Just extracting it to your just cause 2 demo folder? Because I did that, and nothing is happening in-game.
Can whoever made the vehicle mod make a weapon mod? I hate having to hunt out a sniper every time I run out of ammo, and I only know of ONE shotgun user in the whole demo. [editline]09:49AM[/editline]
Also, dual-wielding grenade launchers is awesome.
I prefer one SMG, one GL, and one sniper.
But how to install it? Just extracting it to your just cause 2 demo folder? Because I did that, and nothing is happening in-game.
I just did that before starting the game, simply launching the game it made it work. Did anyone know that water cleans your car?
I get ejected from my truck whenever I go in water deeper than two inches so wouldn't know... No offroading, mud bogging... Can't even drive through water without getting thrown 50 feet from the water
Wait what.?.....? Why do you hate Parachutes? And how is the grapple "useless"?
You can't read between the lines. I mean when you parachute AND grapple, the grapple becomes weak.
Has anyone found out how to increase the range of the grappling hook, it'd be nice if someone made a trainer to double its range or something.
Where do I put "dropzone" [editline]04:30PM[/editline] nevermind how do I get the black market
Press 4 and then E
Press 4 and then E
Nothing happens when I press 4.
