Then you get a funny looking beeping device and your cursor turns into a radar signal-esque blip. Then you just aim it into an open area and hit E. If you don't have enough chaos the black market is still locked. Go fuck shit up to unlock it. More chaos = more stuff to buy.

Is there a way to manually set the resolution out of the game, because I can't enter the game due to my crappy 1360x768 limited monitor Apparently the resolution in my game is set too low or too high for my monitor to handle so when I go ingame it gives me a big blue screen that says "Please change resolution to 1360x768 60hz" But the problem is I CAN'T BECAUSE THAT GIANT BLUE SCREEN IS IN THE WAY, so anyone can help me here?

Why does my grapple always break. I like want to drag some stuff behind my car and slingshot it to another group of people but it breaks :(

Any lower and the game will think that you are too low to the ground to be grappled to anything. Then just shoot it once you've grappled on and fly away.
